Clients reviews about CKM Experts Junk Removal

l've been running my fashion distribution company, One Common, for 17 years, and over the years I've worked with countless service providers. I can usually tell very quickly when a company truly knows what they're doing and CKM absolutely blew me away. I actually found CKM through a ChatGPT recommendation, where they came up as the #1 choice. From the very first phone call, the female owner was incredibly warm, professional, and knowledgeable. Today was our first moving job with them. I had cleared my entire day expecting a long and stressful process, but what I experienced was completely different. The team has clearly worked together for years - they were so organized, efficient, positive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy working together. They handled everything ~ Heewon K

It was an amazing experience from start to finish! From the initial call when I spoke to Mechell, you know you are dealing with a professional and reliable team/company. The whole process was fast, smooth, easy, and very fair priced. The workers were very professional, cautious, and hard-working. I personally value the small details, including their professionalism, being curetous, and taking extra steps to take care of your property during the entire process, and this team delievered! They went above and beyond to clear out some "junk" from under my deck & yard and left everything spotless. I am very grateful to Mechell and the workers! I will be a returning customer and will highly recommend the CKM team to anyone including friends and family! ~ Lex R

I had an excellent experience with this company. I needed a large built-in refrigerator removed, and after contacting several companies, I was repeatedly told that the job couldn’t be done or wasn’t a service they offered. This team was willing to take on the challenge and handled it professionally from start to finish. They carefully removed the refrigerator without causing any damage, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when the job was completed. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to do a job that others wouldn’t made all the difference. If you’re looking for a reliable junk removal company that can handle difficult or unconventional removals, I highly recommend them. Outstanding service! ~ Shohei N

~ Mariana T

After the recent blizzard, the pergola in my backyard completely collapsed and I needed a reliable junk removal. I contracted CKM Experts Junk Removal, sent them photos, and they quickly provided a very reasonable quote. They arrived exactly on time, were professional and courteous, and handled all the heavy lifting and removal without any issues. The crew worked efficiently, removed the entire pergola, and even cleaned up the surrounding debris afterward. Now I can get rid of the trees and do a rebuild. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend CKM Experts Junk Removal to anyone looking for dependable junk removal or debris cleanup in New Jersey. Thanks Michelle! ~ jose s

This review is well overdue. I can't say enough about Michelle and her team. We renovated our house and had flooding from Ida and have used Michelle several times. Before we used Michelle, I had used companies like 800-Got Junk. There is no comparison. Michelle's prices are incredibly reasonable! You don't need to pile things in a corner, all you do is point out what you would like to get rid of and her team handles it. They are very careful not to damage your house. If things need to be broken down, they will do it. Whether you are renovating, remodeling or just spring cleaning... there is no one else I would use. In my family we joke that we have Michelle on speed dial. ~ Neel K

I highly recommend them, and I will surely use them again in the future. I feel so grateful I found them! ~ Cindy E

I had a great experience with CKM. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. They responded quickly to my inquiry, provided a very competitive quote, and were able to schedule the pickup sooner than I expected. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were professional and friendly throughout. So it’s Friday at 4 pm and my previous garbage removal person says their truck broke, no heads up throughout the day 😭 and now I’m at a total loss on what I should do. A quick google search later and CKM answers the phone, communicates what my options are, I provided a photo of the pile of garbage that needs removal, minutes later I get my quote which is more than reasonable for last minute service request and then less than an hour later they are at the site removing the garbage. Life saver, Friday saver, there’s no need to call anyone else but them. Cheers CKM 👍💪 ~ Richard H

I called from California and made an appointment with Mechell. She answered on the 2nd ring, was incredibly helpful, professional, and timely! She kept contact via text, and was easy to contact with questions. She helped a grieving family member that traveled from California to Bayonne to clear a storage unit of a loved one that had passed. I can’t speak to the services but the customer service is outstanding. I called this company to set up service and unfortunately google misled me as they don’t service my area BUT Mechelle was kind and supportive.
